Removal of Split Ends Lead To Thin Hair

When people remove their split ends their hair tend to become thinner due to various reasons such as lack of nutrients to the hair.

The average loss of hair under normal conditions is 100-150 strands of hair. Some of our hairs have split ends which remain attached to the hair and they also fall along with the hair. We should never pull out any long or short extensions out from the hair as it may also pull the original hair sometimes. Unnecessarily pulling hair also leads to weakening of hairs and when these hair extensions get attached to the natural hair, the hair seems to look very thick and later when they are removed the hair look very thin.

We can get our hairs again in a healthy condition by many ways. Hair should be treated very carefully and should be kept away from chemicals and colors. We should use shampoos which are herbal in nature and promise thickening of hair. We should take Nioxin vitamin to keep our hair healthy.

Nioxin follicle booster should also be taken in order to keep hair healthy, increase their growth and smoothen them.
Hair extensions also hold weight in the hair and are very weak.
